服务范围/Scope of Services： ①初步税务合规与资料检视（核对年报、SPT、账目摘要等）；②准备并填写 SKB 申请表格与所有必备证明文件；③向管辖 KPP 提交申请并跟进审查进度；④就税务 局要求补件/沟通进行响应与补充；⑤在 SKB 批准后交付正式文件电子档与一份中文/ 印尼文说明。若需，我们也可代办公证/法人代表签章、或配合海关/第三方单位对接 （另计）。 ① Initial tax compliance review and document checking (verification of annual reports, SPT filings, account summaries, etc.);② Preparation and completion of the SKB application form and all required supporting documents;③ Submission of the application to the relevant KPP office and follow-up on the review process;④ Responding to any requests from the tax office for additional documents/clarifications and providing supplemental submissions;⑤ Upon approval, delivery of the official SKB document in electronic format along with a Chinese/Indonesian explanatory note.If required, we can also assist with notarization, legal representative signatures, or coordination with Customs/third-party agencies (additional fees apply). 服务费用：IDR 15,000,000（标准件，适用于资料齐全、无需补报或重大调整的常规 SKB） Service Fee: IDR 15,000,000 (standard case, applicable when documents are complete and no additional filings or major adjustments are needed).
